Tough lesson learnt here. Clients hot water cylinder had being installed by some cowboy likely on the cheap. There were no saftey valves installed on the system which then caused the cylinder to fail and leak. That then meant they needed new floors, new tiles and another new cylinder install 🤦🏼♂️🔥💦
