Portable container home recently completed. All internal work was already finished before it was put in place by a crane. The client needed to get a water supply to the unit and drainage away. A 26l Lpg Rinnai unit was installed for the hot water. There was no existing drainage connection close so we installed a macerator pump and pumped the drainage out to the existing homes connections on the other side of the property. These portable homes are becoming a lot more common in auckland lately for extra living space. We have a couple more coming up to complete to
